Light House Threader Earrings - Catch the Eddy 2

Coastal inspired contemporary earrings can't get any better than these.  The clear sections of the resin in these earrings allows you to peak into an underwater world of turquoise and blue swirling waters and Eddies. These tapered Surfite earrings will make a great talking point and a focal point for any outfit.

These Lighthouse earrings are carved from surplus resin leftover from surfboard repairs by Jay. Any leftover resin is swirled with drops of colour and left to set in the bottom of the pots; before being broken out and sent down to my studio for carving. The patterns produced are entirely random and unique and cannot be reproduced.

The Surfite has been carved into a silhouette of a lighthouse and then polished to a smooth high shine. The fixed threader ear wires have been forged from eco Sterling Silver and have a soft matt finish.

Details:

Total drop length of earring is 6.2cm. The base of the lighthouses is approx. 1 cm in diameter and the overall weight of the earrings are 3.4g each. Postage within in the UK has a flat rate of £2 per order and the items will come packaged in a recycled card gift box and beautiful paper pulp ribbon.

Care:

When putting the earrings try not to pull the ear wire away from the Surfite but simply angle the earring up so you slide the wide through and down. This helps keeps the shape of the ear wire.

When the earrings need a clean use hot soapy water and a soft bristle brush (e.g., Toothbrush). A soft polishing cloth can also be used. As with all Silver jewellery keep them away from perfume, sunscreen and other solvents. Where possible keep the earrings in the box to help reduce tarnishing and scratching of the resin when not being worn.
