Hand Carved Green and white Surfite on a long Silver chain.
This one-off necklace gives an elegant contemporary feel to this Surfite piece. Inspired by the various and often unusual shapes you see on boat fenders this green, white and clear Surfite has been hand cared into a tapered cylinder shape. It has then been set into a bold open-ended Silver rectangular. The fender is free to turn and spin making it a wonderfully tactile necklace for those that love to fidget. The bead itself has been reinforced on the inside with Sterling silver tubing before being fitted onto the frame with rivets. The Silver has matt inner surface and lightly polished outer to add subtle contrast. The chain also has a unique handmade clasp that can either be worn at the front as and added feature or at the back.
Details: The necklace length is roughly 66cm in total and the pendant hangs down a further 4cm. Fully hallmarked on the base on the rectangle.
All orders to the UK include free Postage & Packaging. Each piece of jewellery is sent in a recycled cardboard gift box and finished with a beautiful recycled paper pulp ribbon.
When the pendant needs a clean use hot soapy water and a soft bristle brush (e.g., Toothbrush). A soft polishing cloth can also be used. As with all Silver jewellery keep them away from perfume, sunscreen and other solvents. Where possible keep the necklace in the box to help reduce tarnishing and scratching of the resin when not being worn.
